I’ve been at AFF since 2019, but I’ve been injecting for almost 20 years in aesthetic nursing. I love working at AFF because it is a way to help people feel better about themselves. Being able to set up a treatment plan for clients and watch the changes that occur are so exciting to me. I also love working with an amazing team! Before I worked in aesthetics full time, I was an ER nurse for 25 years.
A fun fact about me is that I am artistic, I love sculpting, gardening, reading, animals, boxing, and I have 2 kids plus a husband.

I started with Wendy as a patient in 2009. My friends bought me a gift certificate for Botox for my 40th birthday. Wendy made my 11’s disappear and I was hooked. I’ve been her patient ever since. I left my corporate job as the Director of Operations & Customer Care in the Telecom industry when my son was in middle school. I have two kids, a daughter Tawni, 27, who is the owner of Lovely Locks N Lashes in Scottsdale AZ. My son Tanner, 20, is serving our country as a Combat Medic in the Army. When my son enlisted, I knew I had to find something to do with my spare time, so I didn’t go crazy in my empty nest.
I wanted to go back to work but not to the stressful corporate world. I wanted to want to go to work each day and enjoy my day around happy, positive people. At the same time Wendy was opening A Fresh Face and the rest is history, here I am, and I couldn’t be happier. I share my life with my boyfriend of 8 years, Ray who owns Full Throttle Kustomz in Fillmore. We enjoy our free time taking long cruises down the coast and in the canyons in my classic cars and on motorcycles along with camping in the desert ridding dirt bikes and a the side by side with our 3 dogs, Dodge, Turbo & Diesel.
I have a blessed life.

I joined the AFF crew in December 2020 as their Medical Assistant. I am currently studying for my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at West Coast University. I aspire to one day work here at AFF as an injector myself. I love working at AFF because I get to learn so much about aesthetic nursing from our amazing nurses. I also love interacting with our clients and being able to watch their transformations.
A fun fact about me is that I lived on the Big Island of Hawai’i for about 4 years, and while I was there I worked in the ER as a nurse aide. I also enjoy doing yoga, surfing, and reading on my leisure time.

Cindy
I was born and raised in Ventura County and have been an RN for over 25 years. The majority of my nursing career has been in outpatient surgery, working with various surgical entities to include general surgery, plastics surgery, and neurosurgery.
I have always been intrigued with aesthetics nursing, and decided to expand my skill set and join Wendy and the team at AFF.
I love working at AFF Because it allows me the opportunity to help people feel more confident about how they look and feel. I enjoy enhancing one’s beauty by allowing them to age gracefully and confidently while maintaining their natural beauty.
As aesthetics continues to evolve, I am passionate about continuing my education to keep up with the newest techniques, to provide our patients the best care.
Outside of work you will see me enjoying time with my family and friends, traveling, and walking my yorkie ❤️.
