Apply the PRP as instructed until completed
Redness/inflammation is normal after treatment—can last for several days
Use a gentle cleanser twice a day with moisturizer
It is normal for your face to feel day
Avoid ice and anti-inflammatory medications
Avoid the sun for 2 weeks
Use sunscreen if outside and reapply every 2 hours

Results make take a full 2 weeks to see
Avoid exercise on the day of treatment (before treatment is ok)
Do not rub the treated area
Avoid lying on your face
Bruising is a normal occurrence—do not be alarmed
Contact our office if a touch up is needed after 2 weeks or if you have any questions or concerns

Filler
Swelling, tenderness and bruising are normal after injectables
Pain or worsening of skin (red/purple in color) is NOT. Contact our office immediately if this occurs
No facials, massages or microdermabrasion for 2 weeks
Avoid laser treatments for 4 weeks

Avoid touching injected area to prevent infections from occurring
